Pattern Analysis

Testing with Maze revealed usability issues, such as hard-to-find buttons and links, by analyzing task completion times, heatmaps, and survey responses. These insights guided improvements, leading to a smoother checkout process and resolving key obstacles.

This helped identify hard-to-find buttons and links and errors in my prototype.
